  • A Different Kind of Transition Partner - Where Expertise Meets Experience

For many years, I've had two roles that have given me a unique perspective on one of life's most challenging transitions.

As a dedicated Realtor, I've mastered the process of successfully navigating the housing market. And, as a personal trainer for the last 25 years, I've also spent time helping people achieve their fitness goal while managing all types of challenges on that path.

In 2024, I was hired as a Personal Trainer at a local assisted living community. It was in this setting that I truly understood the profound emotional and logistical challenges faced by seniors and their families, particularly when it’s time to transition and leave the family home, often for a safer environment.

I realized that moving from a family home is not just a sale.

  • Understanding the Overwhelm

I've seen the pressure firsthand: adult children rushing in from out-of-state, taking precious time off work, trying to manage an impossible list of tasks. They're choosing a new residence, paring down a lifetime of belongings, and deciding how to prepare and sell the house. All of this is happening while families are dealing with the inevitable sense of loss and grief that comes with closing a major life chapter.

The speed of a typical home sale simply doesn't always align with the patience and care required during a major life transition like this. This isn't a transaction; it's a life-changing family event.

  • My Comprehensive Solution

This is why I’ve created a service that combines the full scope of my real estate expertise—market knowledge, negotiations, and closing management—but, importantly, with an unwavering commitment to a slower, more sensitive process.

I understand the stress points and I offer support that goes beyond the listing agreement. I offer solutions and guidance whether you need to sell a house or not, connecting you with an assisted living locator, coordinating with senior-focused movers, and helping you map out a less stressful timeline. My goal is to manage the complexity for you.

For diverse families, I also offer the practical benefit of communicating in their first language, as my native languages are French and Spanish. I moved here from Europe in 2010, which taught me the importance of finding home wherever you go. I grew up not knowing my own grandparents — this taught me that family connections are everything.

  • Ready to Be Your Trusted Partner

This is a complex and challenging time. I'm here to be the trusted partner you need during this transition. You don't have to navigate this overwhelming process alone. Let's talk about how we can make this new chapter a smooth and respected experience.

My mission is to help seniors begin this new chapter with dignity and grace. I focus on the logistics so you and your family can focus on each other.
